Activate Subscription-Character Limitations for Customer Name


A subscription will not activate if either the first or last name has only 1 character. Both the first and last name must be at least 2 characters long. If you encounter this situation-you need to edit the name in both SERV and Dashboard, and then link in Dashboard, before signing in and activating on the website.
