Rate and Review Course Materials Emails

We encourage educators to give feedback on materials they used in their courses through the 'Rate and review course materials' process. After a coursepack expires, an educator will receive an email from custserv@hbsp.harvard.edu


Dear Professor NAME,

One of your courses on the Harvard Business for Educators web site has recently ended. Now, we'd like to invite you to rate and review the course materials you have used.

By sharing your expertise, our entire community of educators can benefit from your experience about what works well in the classroom. To get you started, here are links to some of the materials in your course. Please be sure to log in as a Premium Educator in order to see the Rate and Review option.

An important message to faculty about Case method teaching:
Since successful Case method teaching requires robust discussion and class participation, we ask for your consideration:
- Please do not post course material such as discussion questions or Teaching Notes on the Internet where they can be freely accessed.
- If you wish to provide your students with guidance in preparing a Case for discussion, please keep Case-related information secure by using an internal system, email, or password protection.

The hyperlinks under the heading 'Course Materials' lead to the product detail page for the clicked item, with the 'Reviews' tab highlighted. Click the 'write a review' link to access the rate and review form.

You must fill in the required fields, but the other fields are optional.

Click 'Preview' when you are ready to submit your feedback.

    • Nickname can only contain letters and numbers, no spaces
  • Review title

    • Review text must have 50 or more characters (including spaces)

After clicking 'Preview' you will be prompted 'Please check your review for accuracy, and click 'Submit' to send.'

The 'Review Guidelines' link at the bottom of the rate and review form gives all the review guidelines educators may need.
