Study.Net

Study.Net is a digital course content delivery service that we have partnered with to allow educators to add materials not in the HBP catalog, as well as their own personal materials, to coursepacks. Educators can use this service to add items from other publishers (New York Times for example) and add items they've personally created (syllabus, PowerPoint).

Access

Professors can access Study.Net through courseplanning by two links that appear after they create a coursepack; 'Clear Permissions' & 'Add Personal Materials'. Only Educator Premium type accounts have access to Study.net; materials admin type accounts do not have Study.net access.

Study.Net Customer Support telephone number: 1-888-462-0660. That will put the caller in direct contact with a Study.net representative to assist immediately. Below is the contact information for the Study.Net main team leads. The information needed when escalating:

  • Professor Full Name
  • Professor Email
  • Professor Coursepack Name
  • Material Details

You can also submit an email by going to study.net, clicking Contact in the bottom left and submitting the pop-up form or by emailing permissions@study.net
