Why are only some of HBR Press's books available as ebooks?

There are more ebooks on the way! We are working hard to convert our books to a format suitable for consumption by our readers, so check the site periodically for new ebooks or let us know if you're looking for a specific title that isn't yet available as an ebook at the email address below.

If you would like to keep track of new ebooks titles as they're added to our site, please sign up here for our Business Bookshelf newsletter.

How long will it take to download an ebook from HBR?

Download time will vary based on the speed of your internet connection and the size of the ebook file that you've purchased, but will generally take no more than 3-5 minutes. Ebooks which include more graphic elements like illustrations, figures, or tables may take longer. Closing other applications on your device may speed up your download time.

We trust that our customers will abide by copyright law and refrain from distributing ebook files illegally. Please note that in the case that you download a PDF, it will be personalized with your email address.

Who should I contact if I have a problem with my ebook, or a suggestion for improving HBR's ebook-buying or reading experience?

We want to hear from you. Please contact custserv@hbsp.harvard.edu with questions and comments. In some cases we may refer you to the manufacturer of your device, as they may be the best resource to address certain types of problems.
