Multimedia Closed Captioning

All of the online Multimedia cases have closed captioning available, except the following four, which require a browser enabled with Flash:

  • Columbia's Final Mission
  • Developmental Network Questionnaire
  • Martha Schwartz (A): Growing a Landscape Architecture Firm
  • Paul Levy: Taking Charge of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center

The closed captioning is available in one of two places, depending on the specific case. For cases such as Terror at the Taj Bombay: Customer-Centric Leadership, the closed caption controls are located in the upper right corner of the video.

You must hover over the area for the closed captioning control button to appear and it will disappear after a few moments if you are not actively using the controls. The text will appear at the bottom of the video window.

For other cases, such as Real Madrid Club de Futbol, the closed caption controls are located on the far right of the video controls menu bar. Text appears above the video image.
