Damaged Order

If you receive a shipment that is damaged, please contact us at 1-800-988-0886 (US) 1-617-783-7500 (International) 000-800001-6935 (India) corpcustserv@hbsp.harvard.edu to request a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).

Once you have worked with us to receive an RMA, send back the items and please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice, the reason for the return, and reference the RMA number in the package. Our address for returns is:

    Damaged HBR issues should go to CDS, correct?

    Regarding damaged HBR issues, Danielle indicated we should escalate to CDS to replace the issue, but also notify Greg Daly separately.
