If you are not receiving the Harvard Business Review newsletters, try these steps:
- Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to mark them as “Not Spam” if you find them there.
- Update Email Preferences: Log in to your HBR account and go to the Email Preferences page. Ensure that the newsletters you want to receive are selected.
- Safelist HBR Email Addresses: Add HBR’s email address emailteam@emails.hbr.org to your email provider’s Approvelist or safe sender list to prevent them from being blocked.
- Organizations might have stringent spam filters that block emails. Consider using a personal email address (i.e. Gmail or Yahoo) when signing up for newsletters or ask your IT department to add Harvard Business Review's emailteam@emails.hbr.org address as an approved sender.
Contact HBR Support: If the above steps do not work, please contact HBR Customer Service at
customerservice@harvardbusiness.org for further assistance.
