Shipment Contains Wrong Items
If your shipment contains incorrect or damaged products please contact us at 1-800-988-0886 (US) 1-617-783-7500 (International) 000-800001-6935 (India) corpcustserv@hbsp.harvard.edu to let us know the incorrect, damaged and/or missing items and we will work with you to make sure you receive your purchased materials.
Missing Shipment
A UPS driver has discretion to leave a package at an address location if they feel it is a reasonably safe location. The tracking information will provide a 'proof of delivery'.
We ask that you make a reasonable attempt to locate the package. If you are unable to locate the package, please contact us at 1-800-988-0886 (US) 1-617-783-7500 (International) 000-800001-6935 (India) corpcustserv@hbsp.harvard.edu and we will work with you to make sure you receive your purchased materials.
